May Day in Hastings is something I always look forward to, it's still celebrated in a traditional way and I love that. Everyone paints themselves green, covers themselves in leaves and flowers and heads out for some fun, granted more alcohol is involved than in the original celebrations haha. This year was especially good, I was surrounded by good friends, the sun was shining (it was actually hot!!) and music was everywhere. I would recommend visiting for an awesome day out :)
