Pearls

Chanel's oversized pearls have hit like a storm, already being seen on the likes of fashion bloggers and celebrities such as Miley Cyrus. For me the choker was the winner, the huge headphone-like quality to the piece. Obviously there is no way I could stretch to the original piece, but a quick trawl through the internet and I have found a replacement.

This simple piece from Zara is enough like the Chanel piece for my heart to fall for it, yet unique enough to have a flair all of it's own. The gold and the not (too) ostentatious pearls make it a killer piece for summer.

British Jewellers

Both of these gorgeous items, was purchased from British stores on Etsy. I love spending an evening trawling through the unique and handmade items on this online community, and you can find some real gems. The first two rings are from La Dee Da, and are definitely appealing to my nerdier side (hello Alien obsessed). Both rings are of lovely quality, are re-sizable and at £4 are a steal!
The second ring was from The Rogue and The Wolf, it's a hand made cat skull. Such an fascinating item and again, gorgeously made. There is so much detail to it, and it always gets a lot of comments.

Drop Dead

Just a few little things I picked up, I'm loving the tie-dye skirt but the polo has to be my favourite. I picked it up in the Drop Dead sale and it's such a nice top, really good quality.

Fine

Whilst I like big, bold jewellery, the fine and delicate kind will always have a place in my heart.

Sarah Angold

Cadica

Sarah Angold is the latest to collaborate with the highstreet chain, Topshop. Calling the collection 'a collision on sci-fi and art deco', Sarah's designs would normally set you back between £300 and £1000, so £30 for the necklace above is a steal!

Joomi Lim

This brand was started in 2009 by a husband and wife duo, based in New York. Joomi adds a feminine and intricate side to the collections, whilst husband Xavier adds unusual materials and finishes due to his industrial background.

I love this brand and the juxtaposition in its pieces, the mixtures of materials and soft and hard textures. Plus the affordable price tag.
